焗雞翼

材料:

  • 急凍巴西雞翼 2磅

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞翼,清洗

  2. 加兩片薑入鍋煲滾水,放入雞翼飛水減去雪味,瀝乾

  3. 用糖,椒鹽粉,黃薑粉和豉油醃雞翼20分鐘

  4. 用200度,上下發熱,焗25分鐘
