咖喱雞腿

材料:

  • 急凍巴西雞腿 2磅

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞腿 ,清洗

  2. 加兩片薑入鍋煲滾水,放入雞腿飛水減去雪味,瀝乾

  3. 用糖,椒鹽粉和豉油醃雞腿25分鐘

  4. 用3塊薑,1小紅椒,1枝香茅和3個乾蔥頭起鑊,放入雞腿爆一爆

  5. 加入一碗調味料水(1小粒冰糖和2湯匙黃薑粉),中火煮約10分鐘,收乾汁,雞腿熟透,熄火焗3分鐘
