薯仔焗雞軟骨

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞軟骨,清洗後用鹽醃雞軟骨10分鐘

  2. 薯仔去皮切塊,水滾放入薯仔和少許鹽,煮熟

  3. 放薑和小紅椒入煲,水滾放入雞軟骨滾5分鐘飛水,減雪味

  4. 放薯仔和雞軟骨入焗盤,焗爐上下發熱,200度,焗20分鐘

  5. 完成
