步驟:

  1. 先清洗黃花魚,瀝乾

  2. 用海鹽抹勻全條魚(包括魚肚)
    放入保鮮袋醃30分鐘

  3. 包錫紙,放入焗爐,上下發熱,200度焗20分鐘,完成
