閒來寫一寫

紅椒黃耳絲豆腐煮麵筋

步驟:

  1. 用熱水浸一浸麵筋,瀝乾備用

  2. 清洗紅椒後,切細塊

  3. 浸黑木耳15分鐘,瀝乾

    image

  4. 豆腐切塊

  5. 用油和薑起鍋,加入黃耳絲、豆腐、麵筋和一碗醬汁(糖,蠔油和水)煮熟

  6. 再加入紅椒煮一煮,最後加蔥

  7. 完成
