黃背木耳絲蝦乾魚乾魷魚乾粉絲煮白菜

步驟:

  1. 清洗白菜

  2. 浸黃背木耳絲、蝦乾、魚乾、魷魚乾、粉絲,瀝乾

  3. 預備薑和蒜頭,調味料(糖,豉油和蠔油)

  4. 放薑和蒜頭入煲,先爆一爆(黃背木耳絲、蝦乾、魚乾、魷魚乾)
    加入白菜,再加調味料蓋上蓋煮3-4分鐘
    最後加粉絲煮熟

  5. 加蔥完成
