菜芯苖蝦仁蝦乾黑木耳炒粉絲

步驟:

  1. 菜芯苖清洗,灼好,備用

  2. 先解凍蝦仁,清洗瀝乾,用黃薑粉、油和豉油醃蝦仁10分鐘

  3. 浸粉絲20分鐘,瀝乾

  4. 浸黑木耳20分鐘,瀝乾

  5. 浸蝦乾5分鐘,瀝乾

  6. 放薑和蒜頭起鑊,先爆一爆蝦仁和蝦乾,加入黑木耳

  7. 再加粉絲,一碗醬汁(糖,豉油,蠔油和水),炒勻

  8. 最後放灼好的菜芯苖和蔥,炒勻

  9. 完成
