焗芝士蝦仁螺絲粉

步驟:

  1. 把螺絲粉放入熱水滾一滾,熄火焗20分鐘,瀝乾

  2. 先解凍蝦仁,清洗瀝乾,用黃薑粉、油和豉油醃蝦仁5分鐘,煮熟,備用

  3. 芝士切條

  4. 先放螺絲粉,蝦仁,面放芝士條入焗盤,包錫紙

  5. 170度,上下發熱,焗20分鐘,完成

  6. (沒有加醬汁,螺絲粉比較乾,下次要加醬汁)
