八月豆豬肉碎煮豆腐

材料:

  • 八月豆 10條

  • 豬肉碎

  • 豆腐 1件

步驟:

  1. 清水豆腐後,用架盛起瀝乾

  2. 用糖,椒鹽粉,黃薑粉和豉油醃豬肉碎20分鐘

  3. 八月豆去頭和尾,切段

  4. 用薑和蒜頭起鑊,放入豬肉碎爆一爆,盛起

  5. 用薑和蒜頭再起鑊放入八月豆炒幾下,再加入豬肉碎和豆腐,一碗混合醬汁(糖,鹽,豉油和水)蓋上蓋煮至收汁,拌勻
