矮瓜煮豬頸肉

步驟:

  1. 清洗豬頸肉,用水、油、粟米粉、豉油醃豬頸肉30分鐘

  2. 清洗矮瓜,切段

  3. 油和薑入鑊炒豬頸肉,加入矮瓜和醬汁(蠔油、糖、水),蓋上蓋煮10分鐘,加芫茜段,完成
