蝦皮煮荳腐

步驟:

  1. 用鹽醃荳腐20分鐘

  2. 預備醬汁(糖、蠔油、水)

  3. 用水洗一洗蝦皮

  4. 加油、薑入鑊煎荳腐四面至金黃色,再加醬汁和蝦皮,蓋上蓋煮至收汁

  5. 加蔥完成
