小白菜黑木耳煮雞腿

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞腿,清洗,加兩片薑入鍋煲滾水,放入雞腿飛水減去雪味,瀝乾

  2. 用糖、椒鹽粉、黃薑粉和豉油醃雞腿25分鐘

  3. 浸黑木耳20分鐘,瀝乾

  4. 用薑和蒜頭放入鍋內,加入雞腿爆一爆,再加黑木耳和一碗混合醬汁(糖,鹽,豉油和水),蓋上蓋煮雞腿至九成熟

  5. 最後加入小白菜,蓋上蓋煮熟小白菜和雞腿,如鍋內水份不足,可加少許水

  6. 加蔥,完成
