鹽水凍雞翼

材料:

  • 急凍巴西雞翼 2磅

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞翼,清洗

  2. 加兩片薑入鍋煲滾水,放入雞翼飛水減去雪味,瀝乾

  3. 用糖和椒鹽粉醃雞翼15分鐘

  4. 煲滾水加2湯匙鹽,放入雞翼蓋上蓋煮15分鐘,熄火焗20分鐘

  5. 待雞翼涼後,放入雪櫃三小時,完成
