焗雞腿

材料:

  • 急凍巴西雞腿 2磅

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞腿,清洗

  2. 加兩片薑,一隻小紅椒入鍋,煲滾水,放入雞腿飛水減去雪味,瀝乾

  3. 用糖,椒鹽粉,黃薑粉,蠔油和豉油醃雞腿25分鐘

  4. 用200度,上下發熱,焗25分鐘
