蕎麥燕麥花生果仁提子乾蜜糖餅

材料:

  • 蕎麥片 70g

  • 燕麥片 30g

  • 蜜糖 4匙羹

  • 橄欖油 3匙羹

  • 雲呢拿油 1匙羹

  • 鹽 1茶匙

  • 花生、果仁、提子乾

步驟:

  1. 混合:蕎麥片、燕麥片、花生、果仁、提子乾、蜜糖、橄欖油、雲呢拿油、鹽

  2. 壓平混合材料

  3. 用110度,上下發熱,焗45分鐘
