紅菜頭紅椒黃椒松子龍脷魚柳

步驟:

  1. 先解凍龍脷魚柳,清洗後用鹽醃龍脷魚柳15分鐘

  2. 紅菜頭去皮,切幼條

  3. 清洗紅椒和黃椒後,切幼條

  4. 用油和薑煎龍脷魚柳一面,反轉再煎龍脷魚柳另一面,盛起

  5. 煮熱醬汁(2湯匙水,1茶匙糖,加少許鹽混合蔥段),加入紅菜頭,紅椒和黃椒煮熟,盛起
    把煎好的龍脷魚柳放上面,再加松子和熱醬汁

  6. 完成
