焗龍脷魚柳粟米蘑菇天使麵

步驟:

  1. 把天使麵放入熱水滾一滾,熄火焗5分鐘,放天使麵入清水內,瀝乾麵

  2. 先解凍龍脷魚柳,清洗瀝乾,用黃薑粉擦一擦龍脷魚柳

  3. 開罐頭粟米蓉

  4. 清洗蘑菇,切片

  5. 放天使麵入焗盤,加粟米蓉,拌勻,再放龍脷魚柳,再加粟米蓉,包錫紙

  6. 170度,上下發熱,焗20分鐘,完成
