朱古力蛋糕

材料:

  • 朱古力蛋糕粉一盒: 370g

  • 雞蛋: 2隻

  • 水: 150g

步驟:

  1. 用電動攪拌器高速打蛋白至結身

  2. 蛋糕粉加入水和蛋黃,用電動攪拌器中速打勻

  3. 把蛋白加入蛋糕粉漿,膠棒慢慢攪勻

  4. 焗盤放牛油紙,倒入朱古力蛋糕粉漿

  5. 預熱焗爐,170度,焗25分鐘,完成後放在隔熱架上
