翡翠豆苖肥牛炒米粉

步驟:

  1. 解凍肥牛,清洗後瀝乾後,用糖、豉油醃15分鐘

  2. 清洗翡翠豆苖

  3. 熱水浸米粉20分鐘

  4. 薑、蒜炒熟肥牛,備用
    炒熟米粉、翡翠豆苖,拌勻米粉、翡翠豆苖和粉絲肥牛,完成
