紫棷菜洋蔥煮排骨

步驟:

  1. 清洗紫棷菜和洋蔥,切塊

  2. 清洗排骨,瀝乾

  3. 用油,薑和蒜頭放入鍋內,放入排骨,先爆一面,反轉再爆另一面

  4. 放入一碗混合醬汁(糖、香茅椒鹽粉、風味胡椒粉,黃薑粉和豉油),蓋上蓋煮20分鐘,加入紫棷菜和洋蔥,再開火炆15分鐘

  5. 完成
