川貝鱷魚肉湯

材料:

  • 珍珠川貝 (5錢)

  • 急凍鱷魚肉 (2件約3/4吋厚)

做法:

  1. 急凍鱷魚肉先解凍

  2. 飛水:用兩片薑煲滾水後,放鱷魚肉煲五分鐘左右,瀝乾

  3. 再煲滾水放下材料,煲一小時三十分鐘,完成後加少許鹽

聽聞可化痰止咳
