炆排骨

步驟:

  1. 清洗排骨,瀝乾

  2. 用油,薑和蒜頭放入鍋內,放入排骨,先爆一面,反轉再爆另一面

  3. 放入一碗混合醬汁(糖、香茅椒鹽粉、風味胡椒粉、黃薑粉、鎮江醋和豉油),蓋上蓋煮20分鐘,熄火焗2-3小時

  4. 3小時後,再開火炆15分鐘,加蔥完成
