九菜煮雞腿

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞腿,清洗,加兩片薑和一隻小紅椒入鍋煲滾水,放入雞腿飛水減去雪味,再用水清洗,瀝乾

  2. 用鹽醃雞腿15分鐘

  3. 清洗九菜,切段,分開粗段,瀝乾

  4. 用油,薑和蒜頭放入鍋內,加入雞腿爆一爆,加一碗混合醬汁(糖、香茅椒鹽粉、風味胡椒粉,黃薑粉和豉油),蓋上蓋煮雞腿至熟

  5. 再加入粗段九菜煮一煮,最後加入幼段九菜,蓋上蓋煮2分鐘

  6. 完成
