蕃茄豬扒黃耳絲芹菜煮韓國芋絲

步驟:

  1. 先解凍豬扒,用刀背啄拍豬扒,切塊狀,用丁香、香茅椒鹽粉和風味葫椒粉醃20分鐘

  2. 浸韓國芋絲15分鐘,瀝乾

  3. 浸黃耳絲15分鐘,瀝乾

  4. 清洗蕃茄,切塊

  5. 預備蔥段和芹菜

    image

  6. 預備一碗醬汁(糖,蠔油和水)

    image

  7. 先煎豬扒一面蓋上蓋,再煎豬扒另一面再蓋上蓋,煎熟豬扒,盛起

  8. 放薑起鑊,先爆一爆黃耳絲,加入韓國芋絲煮一煮

  9. 再加入一碗醬汁,蕃茄和芹菜,拌勻
    加豬扒和蔥段,煮至韓國芋絲吸收醬汁
