白米加三色藜麥雞粥

步驟:

  1. 米2杯加1杯三色藜麥,加鹽、油浸入清水1小時

  2. 先浸熟冰鮮雞,切件備用

  3. 果皮用熱水浸透刮瓤

    image

  4. 加果皮入真空煲,水滾加米、三色藜麥,明火煲20分鐘,放入真空煲內3至4小時
    再用明火煲15分鐘,加入雞件滾一滾

  5. 完成
