白矮瓜黃背木耳蝦乾煮粉絲

步驟:

  1. 清洗白矮瓜,切段

  2. 浸黃背木耳絲15分鐘,瀝乾

  3. 浸蝦乾15分鐘,瀝乾

  4. 浸粉絲,瀝乾

    image

  5. 打勻雞蛋,煎蛋後切絲,備用

  6. 放油、薑和蒜頭入鑊,加蝦乾和黃背木耳絲爆一爆,加入矮瓜,蠔油和半碗水,蓋上蓋煮熟

  7. 再放粉絲煮3-4分鐘,最後加蛋絲和蔥段焗一焗

  8. 完成
