鮮枝竹西芹炆牛肋條

步驟:

  1. 先解凍牛肋條,清洗

  2. 清洗鮮枝竹,切段

  3. 清洗西芹,切段

    image

  4. 加兩片薑,一隻小紅椒入鍋,煲滾水,放入牛肋條,飛水10分鐘,減去雪味

  5. 加兩片薑入鍋,先爆一爆牛肋條,倒入醬汁(糖,椒鹽粉,黃薑粉,蕃茄膏,蠔油和豉油)加一小片糖,中火炆30分鐘,熄火焗2-3小時

  6. 薑、蒜煮枝竹,放入炆牛肋汁,西芹和已炆熟的牛肋條,煮至收汁
