黑木耳豆卜粉絲蒸雞扒

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞扒,清洗後去雞皮,切塊

  2. 浸黑木耳和粉絲15分鐘,瀝乾

  3. 薑,蔥頭和蒜頭醃雞扒,碟底放粉絲,面加雞扒、黑木耳和豆卜,一碗混合醬汁(糖,鹽,豉油和蠔油)

  4. 水滾放入蒸盆,蓋上蓋蒸15分鐘,完成
