焗龍脷魚柳番茄棷菜花天使麵

步驟:

  1. 把天使麵放入熱水滾一滾,熄火焗5分鐘,放天使麵入清水內浸一浸,瀝乾
    麵拌勻番茄醬

  2. 先解凍龍脷魚柳,清洗後切塊,瀝乾
    用油、糖、椒鹽粉和黃薑粉醃龍脷魚柳

  3. 清洗番茄和棷菜,切塊
    放棷菜入熱水內滾一滾

  4. 放天使麵入焗盤,加龍脷魚柳,番茄和棷菜,包錫紙

  5. 170度,上下發熱,焗20分鐘,完成
