姬松茸蟲草花准山魚頭湯

做法:

  1. 洗姬松茸、蟲草花、准山,再浸20分鐘,保留浸菇水

  2. 清洗魚頭,加油和薑入鑊煎魚頭兩面

  3. 用浸菇水加薑,水滾後,放下所有材料,煲2小時

  4. 完成
