焗燒肉

步驟:

  1. 腩排清洗後用鹽醃1晚,(太鹹下次改醃2小時)

  2. 用針密剌豬皮

  3. 焗爐220度,先包錫紙焗腩排30分鐘,撕開面錫紙,再焗10分鐘,(太乾下次改200度)

  4. 完成
