芽菜豬豬頸肉炒麵

步驟:

  1. 把麵放入熱水滾一滾,麵用清水過冷河,瀝乾

  2. 清洗芽菜

  3. 清洗豬頸肉,用水、油、粟米粉、豉油醃豬頸肉1小時

  4. 油和薑入鑊炒熟豬頸肉,加芽菜再炒一炒,備用

  5. 炒麵加豉油拌勻
    最後加豬頸肉、蛋絲和芽菜,炒熟

  6. 加蔥完成
