西米糕

步驟:

  1. 100克西米浸水45分鐘,瀝乾水

  2. 預備栗子紅豆沙茸

  3. 放一層西米錫紙碟,中心放栗子紅豆沙茸,面層放西米要覆蓋餡料

  4. 水滾蒸25分鐘,攤凍後放入雪柜20分鐘,用牙簽慢慢挑出西米糕,完成
