冬瓜粟米魚肚堯柱芫茜蔥薑片湯

做法:

  1. 冬瓜去皮和核,冬瓜切小丁方塊

  2. 浸魚肚30分鐘,切成條狀

  3. 清洗芫茜、蔥

  4. 預備半盒粟米粒、兩片薑

  5. 堯柱浸入熱水3小時,撕成絲

  6. 水滾後放下材料煲25分鐘,加芫茜、蔥再煲5分鐘,完成
