粉葛竹蔗腰果紅薏米豬肉果皮湯

做法:

  1. 清洗粉葛、竹蔗

  2. 浸洗腰果、紅薏米

  3. 汆水:瘦肉放入熱水內滾一滾

  4. 果皮用熱水浸透刮瓤

  5. 水滾後,加入全部材料,煲2小時,完成
