芽菜雞扒肉炒米粉

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞扒,清洗瀝乾切小塊,用糖、豉油醃1小時

  2. 水滾灼米粉1分鐘,瀝乾

  3. 摘去芽菜豆、根,清洗瀝乾

  4. 加油、薑入鑊炒熟雞扒肉

  5. 加油入鑊炒米粉至乾身加少少鹽,再加熟雞扒肉、芽菜炒熟加蔥,完成
