菠蘿生菜焗鯖魚紅米糙米黑米飯

步驟:

  1. 解凍鯖魚,清洗後瀝乾

  2. 清洗生菜

  3. 浸洗紅米、糙米、黑米3小時,電飯煲煮熟

  4. 水滾加薑灼熟生菜
    200度焗鯖魚20分鐘
    電飯煲煮熟(紅米、糙米、黑米)
    飯、生菜、鯖魚上碟,再放入2片菠蘿,完成
