芒果味凍餅

材料:

  • 淡忌廉: 250ml
    牛油: 25g
    消化餅: 5塊
    芒果味啫喱粉: 40g
    糖: 10g
    魚膠粉: 5g
    熱水: 15g

步驟:

  1. 熱水座溶牛油

  2. 消化餅入密實袋壓碎

  3. 混合牛油和餅碎,拌勻

  4. 混合(牛油和餅碎)後,放入牛油紙盤用匙羹壓平和實,雪30分鐘,備用

  5. 熱水溶啫喱粉和魚膠粉,拌勻

  6. 用電動攪拌器打淡忌廉至微結,加糖再打至結身

  7. 加入溶(啫喱粉和魚膠粉)膠棒拌勻

  8. 倒混合漿入餅底模內

  9. 放入雪櫃一晚,完成
