步驟:

  1. 清洗南瓜

  2. 浸洗紅米、黑米、紫米、白米和糙米

  3. 清洗鯇魚片,鹽、油醃鯇魚片20分鐘

  4. 水滾煲米30分鐘,加南瓜煲25分鐘,加鯇魚片煲10分鐘,完成
