合桃蛋糕

材料:

  • 低筋麵粉 60g
    鷹粟粉: 10g
    雞蛋: 3隻
    橄欖油: 20g
    糖: 30g
    少許合桃

步驟:

  1. 電動攪拌器打蛋白至結身,加糖打至更結身加入蛋黃打勻

  2. 篩低筋麵粉、鷹粟粉入蛋槳,用膠棒慢慢拌勻

  3. 加入橄欖油、合桃,用膠棒慢慢拌勻
    焗盤放牛油紙,倒入蛋糕粉漿

  4. 預熱焗爐,170度焗25分鐘,完成
