蕃茄冬菇煮齋

材料:

  • 蕃茄和齋(大豆、蓮子、燕麥成品)

步驟:

  1. 浸齋5分鐘,瀝乾

  2. 浸冬菇2小時,切絲,(留水)

  3. 清洗蕃茄,切長條狀

    image

  4. 預備薑和蒜頭,一碗蕃茄醬汁(蕃茄膏,糖,豉油和冬菇水)

  5. 用薑和蒜頭起鑊,先爆一爆齋,加入蕃茄醬汁,蓋上蓋煮滾醬汁

  6. 最後加入蕃茄,煮熟收乾汁

  7. 完成
