肉豆角豬頸肉炒粉絲

步驟:

  1. 解凍豬頸肉
    豬頸肉清洗瀝乾後,用糖、豉油醃20分鐘

  2. 清洗肉豆角,切段

  3. 浸粉絲20分鐘

    image

  4. 薑、蒜炒熟豬頸肉,備用
    炒肉豆角,加入豬頸肉和粉絲,炒熟
    完成
