松子豆腐煮鮑魚菇蝦皮

步驟:

  1. 清洗豆腐後,用架盛起,瀝乾

  2. 鮑魚菇清洗後,切幼條

  3. 清洗蝦皮,瀝乾

  4. 預備薑、蔥

    image

  5. 預備調味汁(蠔油加水)

    image

  6. 用油和薑起鑊,放入鮑魚菇爆一爆,再加入豆腐,調味汁(蠔油加水))蓋上蓋煮一煮,拌勻

  7. 再加入蝦皮,拌勻至收汁,加蔥

  8. 豆腐面加已焗松子,完成
