南瓜薯仔椰菜番茄瘦肉薑片湯

做法:

  1. 清洗南瓜,去外皮切塊
    薯仔去皮,切塊
    清洗椰菜,切開
    清洗番茄,切塊
    清洗瘦肉,切條
    預備2片薑

  2. 水滾放下材料煲30分鐘,完成
