粟米魚肚薑蔥湯

做法:

  1. 浸魚肚20分鐘,切小塊

  2. 預備粟米粒一盒,瀝乾
    預備2片薑
    預備蔥段

  3. 水滾放薑片、魚肚煲15分鐘,加粟米粒再煲10分鐘,加蔥段滾一滾,完成
