沙薑雞髀

步驟:

  1. 清洗沙薑

  2. 解凍雞髀清洗瀝乾,用鹽醃15分鐘

  3. 薑、紅椒、雞髀滾10分鐘,飛水

  4. 水滾煮沙薑、香葉、雞髀20分鐘,熄火焗15分鐘

  5. 完成
