合桃蛋糕

材料:

  • 自發粉 130g

  • 雞蛋: 3隻

  • 奶: 40g

  • 糖: 15g

  • 鹽: 1茶匙

  • 少許合桃

步驟:

  1. 用電動攪拌器打蛋白備用

  2. 拌勻自發粉、糖、鹽、蛋黃和奶拌勻

  3. 加入蛋白,用膠棒慢慢拌勻粉漿,最後加入合桃拌勻

  4. 焗盤放牛油紙,倒入蛋糕粉漿

    image

  5. 用170度,上下發熱焗20分鐘,完成
