南瓜栗子炆海參肉絲

步驟:

  1. 清洗南瓜,切塊

  2. 栗子浸熱水去外皮

  3. 解凍海參,清洗

  4. 清洗豬肉切條,鹽、油醃肉絲15分鐘

  5. 油、薑爆海參和肉絲,加栗子和水炆20分鐘,加南瓜和少許鹽炆15分鐘,完成
