Update Norton Account

Email address, password, and other personal information

Follow these steps to update your account name, email address, phone number, password, and address.

Sign in to your account. If you do not remember your Norton account password, then click Forgot username or password? and follow the on-screen instructions to recover your lost password.
On the Account Settings page, do the following:
To update the email address, click icon next to Email. Type your current password and new email address. Once you are done, click Update Email.
To update the password, click icon next to Password. Type your current password and a new password. Once you are done, click Change Password.
To update your account name, mobile number, and address, click icon next to Name. Do your required changes and then tap Update.
To receive latest updates from Norton, click the checkbox next to Email preferences. You can unsubscribe from the marketing emails by opening the marketing email that you received and clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Billing information and credit card

Follow these steps to update your billing address and payment method, including credit/debit card details. For more information, read Update your credit card information.

Sign in to your account. If you do not remember your Norton account password, then click Forgot username or password? and follow the on-screen instructions to recover your lost password.
On the Billing Information page, do the following:
Click icon.
Type in any information that you want to update.
Click Save.
If you want to delete your billing information, you must cancel subscription renewal. For more information, read Norton refund and cancellation policies.

Automatically renewing subscription settings

If you purchased your Norton subscription at one of the Asian Norton online stores, your Automatic Renewal settings must be managed by signing into your store account. For more information, see Automatic Renewal of subscription purchased from Asian Norton online store.. As part of loyalty reward benefit, if you activate subscription renewal on your current subscription, you get Utilities Premium for free until subscription renewal is active.

Sign in to your account. If you do not remember your Norton account password, then click Forgot username or password? and follow the on-screen instructions to recover your lost password.
On the My Subscriptions tab, do the following:
To enroll in the automatically renewing subscription, do the following:
- Click the Activate Subscription Renewal link next to your plan.
- In the Subscription Renewal Authorization page, type or verify your address and card details.
- Read the terms and conditions of automatically renewing subsription, and click the check box.
- Click Agree to Automatically Renew.
To cancel the automatically renewing subscription, click Cancel Subscription Renewal link next to the plan. If your Norton subscription includes Norton Virus Protection Promise, you will no longer receive Norton Virus Protection Promise and other benefits associated with it once you cancel the subscription renewal. Norton prompts you to manually renew the subscription when it expires next time.

View your order details

If you purchased the Norton subscription at one of the Asian Norton online stores, you can view the order history on the Asian Norton online store using your order number. For more information, see Automatic Renewal of subscription purchased from Asian Norton online store..

Sign in to your account. If you do not remember your Norton account password, then click Forgot username or password? and follow the on-screen instructions to recover your lost password.
On the Order History tab, click on your Norton order to view the order details. The details include:
- Features/services that your subscription is entitled for.
- Product key and the serial number of your Norton order.

LifeLock-related settings

Depending on your situation, use the below links to update your LifeLock account settings such as verbal passcode, financial accounts, and personal information.

Automatic Renewal of subscription purchased from Asian Norton online store.

If you purchased the Norton subscription at one of the Asian Norton online stores, your Automatic Renewal settings must be managed directly on the Asian Norton online store. To manage your Automatic Renewal settings, click on the Norton online store from where you purchased your product subscription:

Cancel Norton Automatic Renewal Service

Go to Norton Store.
Type in your order number and phone number, and then click Next.
Under Options, click Manage the Norton Automatic Renewal Service.
To turn off the Automatic Renewal Service for the Norton product, click the link provided.
In the Turn off the Automatic Renewal Service page, click Disable.
