焗四季豆雞

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞,清洗後用鹽醃雞裏外30分鐘

  2. 清洗四季豆,切段

  3. 放薑和小紅椒入雞肚內,香草掃勻全隻雞,再加入四季豆
    加一碗混合醬汁(糖,香茅椒鹽,黃薑粉,風味葫椒粉和豉油)

  4. 放入焗爐,上、下發熱,220度,焗30分鐘,完成
